Charitable Giving Makes a Difference

Charitable giving drivingIt surprises many to learn that we aren’t funded by the government; we run solely on grants and the donations from our community. Recently, we were able to provide telephone support to a mother who had questions about her son getting his licence after being seizure-free for a year. With finding conflicting information on the internet, we were able to give her straight answers. Thank you to all who give!

Women’s Grant from Shoppers Drug Mart

Shoppers Love youWe are pleased to announce that we have recently received a $5,000 grant from Shoppers Drug Mart for Women’s Health.

This money will be used during our counselling and information sessions to help support women in Simcoe County who have epilepsy or who are working in the caregiver role.
