In the News

CaptureOn the heels of the passing of Cameron Boyce from a seizure while he slept, our Executive Director speaks up about the importance of keeping the conversations about seizures and epilepsy going.

At the time that this article was written, Cameron’s underlying medical condition had not been disclosed.  However, a family spokesperson has now confirmed that Cameron had epilepsy; We’re thankful that his family has publicly spoken out about this to help educate others.

Charitable Giving Makes a Difference

charitable giving makes a differenceIt surprises many to learn that we aren’t funded by the government; we run solely on grants and the donations from our community.

Recently, we were able to inform a gentleman that his brother may need to be referred to an epileptologist (and what an epileptologist actually is!). Thank you to all who give!
