Our Information Sessions are held the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in either the upstairs Gathering Room at 78 Ross Street or the Community Room in the Bayfield Mall.

Our Information Sessions are open to everyone – whether you have or someone you know has epilepsy, or you are a professional within our community – all are welcome.

This past year we have held several informative evenings; a yoga instructor came with great ideas on stress management through breathing and relaxation, a representative from Simcoe Holistic Health discussed the benefits of using medicinal marijuana and provided us with information on the safe use and side-effects, and a nutritionist talked about the benefits of a proper diet in dealing with depression and anxiety.

We are continuing 2019 with our series of health-and-wellness themed Information nights to stress the importance of understanding epilepsy and what it entails.  If there is a topic that you would like to see, please send us an email at
