Q: Cost & table size
A: All vendors will be given a 6-ft table (and an electrical outlet if needed). The cost is $60.
Q: How is Epilepsy Simcoe County different than other craft show hosts?
A: Traditionally, with other types of craft shows you (as a vendor) are not seen until the day of the show. However, with our marketing skills, we will be working to ensure that people know who you are – even prior to coming to the event. The marketing included by us is as follows: Your logo with an embedded link to your Etsy / business URL on our event page, we will promote your involvement bi-weekly on our social media channels (until the event), and your logo and link will go in our November E-News.
Q: What time should I arrive to set up?
A: You can arrive at the hall to display your items at 8am; if you need more time, please let us know.
Q: What if I cannot attend as a vendor, but still want to be involved?
A: We’ll be having a silent auction for this event; if you wish to participate, you can donate an item. You will receive a tax receipt if the donated value is over $20.
Q: Can I advertise this event?
A: Yes, absolutely! Please send us an email (email@example.com) and we will forward you the graphics.
